Corporate or Group Fishing
Days.
The day is designed for
families, friends, business partners or groups of employees from 6 to
40 people wishing to spend some time together away from the pressures
of work. We will tailor an event to give both the clients and their
guests a great experience. It is a really good way to reward hard
working staff or entertain key clients.
Why Fishing is Good for Team Building
- Colleagues
get to know each other better
- Generates
a great team spirit which encourages team work
- Motivates
and challenges individuals
- Gives
everyone a shared and memorable experience.

Our Lakes and River
There are two lakes
available. One is 4.5 acres stocked with Rainbow trout from 2lbs to
20lbs with some Brown trout as well. The other more secluded lake is
about 1.5 acres with Rainbow trout from 3lbs to 20lbs.
There are also 2 miles of
single bank fishing on the river Avon for the more experienced angler
where Wild Brown trout and Grayling can be caught.
For groups of ten or more
you can have sole use of the main lake at the fishery. Both lakes and
the river can be made available to you exclusively if the numbers are
sufficient.
Fully qualified
instructors will help you enjoy your day and guarantee that everyone
will catch a fish.
Fishing rods and any other
equipment you need can be provided. We stock Orvis fishing tackle
which you can buy on the day.
A days rod license will be
arranged for all who need one.
Catering
We cater for groups of
between 6 and 40 people.
Start your day with a full
English breakfast or just a bacon roll.
Coffee and homemade cakes
will be provided mid morning.
There are several options
available for lunch which we can discuss with you. We offer home made
cooking from a BBQ to a roast lunch depending on your needs and the
time of year.
Finish off your day with
tea in the afternoon.

Charities
We are keen to continue
and expand our support of charities. If you would like to use our
facilities to arrange a Charity day speak to us about how this can be
organized.
Other Activities
We can organize archery
and clay pigeon shooting if you would like to split your day with
another activity.
Getting to the fishery
The Fishery is on the A345
between Amesbury and Marlborough. It is about 2 miles from Pewsey and
1 mile from Upavon.
There are two stations
nearby, one at Pewsey and the other at Andover which has a more
frequent service. We can collect you from either station if
necessary. It is approximately 1 to 1.5 hours by train from
Paddington to Pewsey. From Andover (about 30mins drive from here)
trains go to Waterloo which take about 1hour 10mins.
