Manningford is one of the best known fish farms in the West of England, stocking and supplying 
numerous fisheries, private lakes and beats on rivers, such as the Test, Itchen, Wylye, Avon and their tributaries.
We produce up to 100 tons of trout each year (approx 100,000 fish), mostly rainbows but including 15 tons of Browns. The trout are sold by weight ranging from 1lb to 15 lbs (0.5kgs to 7Kgs).
We also grow approximately 250,000 fingerlings for Britford Trout Farm which has close connections to Manningford.
